About Us
We are Inca, Dave and Sue and we truly enjoy exploring nature. We spend most of our time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, foraging, crafting, planting, or simply admiring the stars. And when we're not out, we're planning our next trip or learning something about nature or the way it works. We love long walks in the woods and going out to the wilderness – it’s a wonderful way to center yourself and put your mind, body and soul at ease.

Visiting ancient sites that have strong connections with the way the universe works is something we’ve always been fascinated by. It’s magnificent how the ancient seemed to be so aligned with nature and cosmic powers, and we enjoy pondering and sharing some of our research and ideas about these places.

For years we thought about getting a dog, and it was definitely worth the wait when we found our beautiful Inca! She’s a fluffy Eurasian dog, a mix of Chow Chow, Samoyed and German Wolfspitz. There is nothing she loves more than going for walkies in the wild, exploring forests, rivers, caves, mountains, you name it! She has a lot of fun trying to chase rabbits, deer and squirrels, or having a good play with other doggies.

Inca (and our blog) got her name, quite obviously, from the ancient South American civilisation, as we have spent countless hours discussing the miraculous sites of the Incas. Maybe one day we’ll be able to visit Peru with our Inca... In the meantime, we hope you enjoy exploring nature’s wonders with us and following the Inca tail!
